The OSU Health Professions Portal was deprecated on February 15th, 2024.

You will no longer have access to your profile. All letters that were collected via the portal are currently stored in a secure cloud folder. Please read these instructions to know how and when to access your letters.

If you are applying to medical school in 2024 (for admission in Fall 2025)

We will include your letters in your committee letter packet – there is no need to add an entry for letters collected on the HPP to Private Folio.

If you have not been added to the One Drive folder for 2024 applicants, please e-mail premed-committee@oregonstate.edu and request access.

If you are applying to medical school in 2025 or later

We can hold letters for you until your application year. During your application year, you will create a Private Folio account using a specific OSU link (cost per year is $10). If you prefer, you can request the link early and create your account before your application year.

If you are a pre-dental student applying in 2024 (for admission in Fall 2025)

For assistance having your previously uploaded letters sent to either a private dossier service (interfolio / private folio, etc.), or for help having letters uploaded to AADSAS, please contact Alex.Beck@oregonstate.edu and Luis.Juarez@oregonstate.edu in a single e-mail.

If you are a pre-dental student applying in 2025 or later

OSU will no longer collect letters on behalf of dental students. Please plan to use a private dossier service like Interfolio or Private Folio to collect letters in the future. Check with your major advisor in your application year for more information on how to gain access to any letters that were uploaded to the portal prior to deprication.
